Prices and payment
The price of a new house including all the
extras listed is calculated as follows:
- 500 euro per sq.m. living area as given
in the project;
- 15 euro per sq.m. plot area;
For example the first house, which is 160
sq.m. on a plot with size 1080 sq.m. costs:
160x500
+ 1080x15
= 80,000 + 16,200 = 96,200 euro
Payment can be made in several different ways.
Instalment plan #1:
10% of the price when signing a contract
30% of the price when finishing and covering the first floor
with a concrete slab
30% of the price when
finishing the rough works on the structure
30% when finishing the building and getting all the legal papers and documents
for exploitation
Instalment plan #2: /Buying the land and making
a contract for building/
first payment - the price of the land /after
this you will become owner of the land and you can decide to
build or not to build on it, for example if you prefer to make
a quick-profit and sell the plot on a higher price/
second payment - 25% of the projected price for the building
when signing a contract ;
third payment - 25% when finishing the first floor;
fourth payment - 25% when finishing the roof and the rough
works;
last payment - 25% when the building is ready with all legal
papers and documents for exploitation.
If the house is on 1 floor, the payments are
the same, but respectively after foundation building and after
roof finishing.
Paying can also be made on a personal instalment
plan with different options.
*** Please note that these prices are valid
till June, 2006 and will be reconsidered due to the dynamic
real estate market in Bulgaria.
