You can choose between variety of different
plots for building, all of which are in the village with the
statute of an yard, which means that building permissions can
be taken for not more than two weeks. All of the plots are
on asphalt road and have water supply and
electricity. The size of the plot is between 980 sq.m. and
2160 sq.m. Some of the plots can be divided into smaller parts.
Some of the plots can be sold as a land only without a building.
Building contract can be signed later at any time.
There is currently available about 23,000
sq.m. of land in the village. Some of the more attractive plots
are:
1140 sq.m. plot in the center of the village, very suitable
for building one or two houses
1600 sq.m. plot in the south part of the village, it is
on a slope and has beautiful view, very good for building
a modern architecture building
1200 sq.m. plot in the center part of the village, it is
on a very slight slope and has perfect view, suitable for
one or two houses
two plots - 930 and 950 sq.m. in the center of the village,
right behind the new-built house.
