| The following services
are offered from our specialists: * Offering information from our database of properties
for sale and rent, as well as reports and aditional information
upon your requests.
* Arranging accommodation for you and organize
a viewing trip to show you the real estates you have
chosen.
* Checking all the documents, titles and debts,
related to the property.
* Company registration in order to be eligible to buy
a property with land on the territory of Bulgaria and
all other activities concerning this process (declaration
in the taxation office and the National Social Security
Institute, additional documents, etc.)
* We shall assist you in:
- Negotiations on the terms and conditions, related
to the deal.
- Preparation of the preliminary contract: translation
and signing.
- Deposit payment.
* Filing a tax declaration with regard to your intention
to buy a real estate property in Bulgaria.
* Arranging the notary registration of the deal (notary
fee for the notary registration of the deals are payed
separately)
* Certified licensed translation of the real estate title.
* Filing a tax declaration and/or other documents for
the real estate (local or government taxes are payed
separately)

We prefer
our fees to be fixed and steady, giving you a clear idea
of the costs
you have to make regarding the whole process of buying
or renting a real estate property in Bulgaria.
What we charge:
All selling deals - totally 3% from the selling
price of the property, but not less than 300 euro (200
GBP)
All renting deals - 50% from the first monthly payment,
single time. The minimum comission for renting is 150 euro
(100 GBP)
Please note that notary
fee for the notary registration of the deals and the
local or government taxes are payed separately. They are
usually not more than 3-3.5 % of the total costs. Please
